U.S. Dollars are widely accepted throughout the Bahamas and can be used for virtually all purchases, including at hotels, restaurants, shops, and taxis. Credit cards are accepted at most establishments, though we recommend carrying a small amount of cash for gratuities and incidental purchases. All prices quoted from the hotels are in USD.

All guests travelling to the Bahamas must have a valid passport. We recommend ensuring your passport remains valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates. Canadian and U.S. citizens visiting for tourism do not typically require a visa for short stays. As entry requirements may change, we encourage all guests to verify the latest travel requirements based on their citizenship prior to departure.
